PLEASE MAKE YOURSELF AWARE OF OUR SALON POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS
DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
All treatments require a 50% deposit. This is to be made at the time of booking via our Wix online booking system, bank transfer or in cash. If deposits are not received within 48hours of booking, the appointment will be cancelled out. Deposits made by bank transfer are to be made payable to our business account, At28, 09-01-29, 35872278 with the clients name as reference. You must let us know when a payment via bank transfer has been completed.
If an appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled,, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Less than 24hours notice will result in the 50% deposit being lost.
No shows to appointments will result in the deposit being lost and full payments for future appointments being taken beforehand.
Please note, we are a small business and any no-shows or late cancellations result in us not being able to fill that slot quick enough and also loss of earnings. We constantly have a cancellation list of people wanting appointments so to be fair to everyone this is why we have this policy in place.
LATE ARRIVALS
We fully understand that being late to an appointment is sometimes out of your control. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 15 minutes after original appointment time) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining at the full price. Please note that arriving later than 15 minutes after your scheduled time may result in us not being able to complete your treatment in the remaining time and so the treatment will need to be rescheduled. If this happens, unfortunately the deposit will have to cover the appointment slot being lost and a new deposit will have to be taken.
PATCH TESTING & BOOKING INCORRECT TREATMENTS
You are solely responsible for booking the correct treatment. If the incorrect treatment is booked unfortunately we only have that set amount of time available. The therapist is only able to perform treatments that have the correct timings put in place. This is also in regards to nail art, this allows us additional timings that we need to add this service on. If you are unsure if intricate nail art is needed please send us an inspiration picture via our social medias for advice in what to book.
You are also responsible for attending a patch test appointment for any treatment that requires one;

If you turn up to an appointment without having a patch test with us A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT, we are not insured to complete this treatment and you will again unfortunately loose your deposit for this unused slot. Even if you have had these treatments elsewhere, our products may differ so a patch test is essential to make sure no reactions occur.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
Our salon insurance does not cover us for children under the age of 10 in the salon without adequate supervision of someone over the age of 18. We have many objects/chemicals that can be harmful for children if not properly supervised. Please also be aware we have a small waiting area and this is priority for other clients using the salon. Again due to space between desks, pushchairs are not suitable but we will try and accommodate as best we can if there is no alternative. As a courtesy for other salon users, we do recommend trying to attend your appointments without children, as quiet treatments take place and may hinder others salon experience. If for any reason you do need to bring children please make us aware beforehand. Please be aware we do not perform any treatment on anyone under the age of 12. There are also certain services that require a minimum age of 18 so please check with us first before booking appointment for anyone under this age.. Turning up with someone who is underage for treatment will again result in the loss of deposit cost for failure to check.
REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS
All of our treatments are carried out by fully qualified and insured therapists. If for any reason you are unhappy with your treatment outcome, please try and let us know as soon as possible, during or once treatment is complete, for us to be able to have the chance to rectify this before you leave. It is far easier to do this rather than finding another day/time for you to return. We will replace or rectify any treatment free of charge if we are notified over the first three days after treatment, if for example you chip a nail, have a significant loss of lashes etc. If you notify us after this time this may incur a charge. We do not offer refunds on any treatments however we will look into your concerns immediately and try and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We ask that you follow all aftercare advice for treatments as this ensures the best possible results.
We also have appointments available with junior therapists who are at a discounted price due to lesser amount of experience. If booking these slots please be aware results may differ to our senior therapists which is why the price reflects this.
MEDICAL FORMS AND QUESTIONNAIRES
New clients will be requested to complete a client medical form or questionnaire before our therapist can perform certain treatments. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to continue with treatments. Please advise us on any health conditions, medications, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We do also reserve the right to ask you to complete any forms every 6 months so we can keep all our records up to date. All medical forms and questionnaires are completely confidential.
